How did my kids get so old?! My Older Son Braeden is now almost as tall as me, wears the same size shoes, and is correcting me on pop culture events ... he's 9! And my little guy, I swear, is smarter than me on so many levels! So how did I get here?! It's SO easy to look at them one day and almost forget what it was like when they were younger. I am constantly taking photos of my kids, but I have to think about all the families out there that only take family photos once a year, or maybe every other year. It baffles my mind, just because they grow SO fast.
Last evening after meet the teachers, I took the boys out and capture these memories. 15 minutes is ALL it took. I think so people get too caught up in the outfits, and the accessories, and then timing that they feel overwhelmed. I didn't buy a single thing for this shoot last night. They are clothes that they already owned, and that was it. I made them shower, so I guess that took time :) But other than that, it only took us 15 minutes to capture these photos that I will look back on year-after-year.
